Wheeler Centre in Melbourne, Australia’s UNESCO City of Literature hosts a five day program in May 2012, showcasing some of what they think is the best of the Sidney Writers’ Festival. The program, 10 – Ten Writers, Five Double Bills, features five pairs of writers from around the world, two of them being Icelandic writer Sjón from Reykjavík UNESCO City of Literature, and Irish writer Roddy Doyle, from Dublin UNESCO City of Literature.
